ABOVE THE TUDOR-ARCHED DOORWAY APPEARS, BOTH IN GOTHIC, THE NAME OF THIS BUILDING, AND AT EACH SIDE, THE DATE OF THE REALIZATION OF A DREAM. TOPPING THE OCTAGONAL BAY IS A HORIZONTAL FRIEZE OF COINS.
